History

EIB was formed by brothers Kurt and Karl Johnson in 1997 in Lindale, Texas. Kurt had previously been a licensed general contractor in Southern California. EIB became a corporation in 1999, focusing on the custom building of new homes, high-end home remodeling and commercial projects. The company has grown steadily and currently has over 30 employees.
